Saqqakhaneh and Khorus-Jangi were two art movements in Iran that began in the 1940's. After studying the history of these art movements and art that various amazing artists created during this time in Iran, I set out to create a poster in the same spirit. I experimented with traditional Iranian colors, rug design, pattern design, influential sculptures of the movement, typography, and drew inspiration from multiple paintings by the masters of the time. The result is this colorful poster of condensed culture.
